ResidentialDockside offers a variety of residential options that
include 15 Premium Waterfront Homesites, 24 Harbourfront and 48 Harbourview Villas;
and 24 Horizonview mid-rise apartments. The 15 Premium Waterfront Homesites
are located on the northern side of the marina basin with commanding views over
the Murray River, marina entrance channel and the marina basin. All homesites
were sold within days of their release.
The Harbourfront and Harbourview villas are located
around a natural amphitheatre, that has a spectacular
northern aspect, on the southern side of the marina
basin. Villas in the first stage of residential construction,
are being designed now.
Floorplans, elevations, schedules of fixtures and fittings
will be available to registered potential purchasers,
once the design work has been completed.
The Horizonview apartments will be built in a mid-rise
residential complex located on the southern side of
the marina basin, to the east of the Dockside Bridge
spanning the marina basin. These luxury apartments,
with views reaching right across Mildura and the border
into New South Wales, will be released after the Harbourfront
and Harbourview Villas.
