Development Progress

Construction of the first stage of development comprising the marina basin, marina bridge, land for future residential stages, roadways, drainage and installation of development infrastructure and services, now has been completed.

The next stage of development will see the residences and villas commence.

People fortunate enough to have the opportunity to live at Dockside Mildura will not have to base their decisions on assumptions and promises - they already can see exactly where the water and land are located in relation to each other.

The marina has been designed with an engineered ‘step’ to ensure there is a consistent level of water in the marina, irrespective of whether or not the Lock 11 weir is in place.
