BerthsDockside Mildura marina offers fully serviced, floating
marina berths for private owners and commercial operators. As well as power,
water, lighting, and communciations, the berths are supported by a full complement
of infrastructure including pump-out facilities, fuel dock, and a marine operations
manager. Some berths are being reserved to enable residents of Dockside
Mildura to berth their vessel literally on their own doorstep. Berths measure
up to 25 metres in length by 10 metres wide enabling them to accommodate some
of the largest houseboats in the region as well as other unique craft such as
gondolas and water-based taxis. | 
Around
half the berths already have been released to date - all were immediately secured
by purchase contracts.
